Telephone support – Optional for small to medium sized business and residential customers. We charge $60 per hour or 0.99c per minute with a minimum charge of $5.99 + tax in all areas of Information Technology related problems.

On Site Visit - This follows after a troubleshooting made by the technician about the described symptoms or problems and the feasibility of these problems being rectified over the telephone. The call out fee is $60 plus $$95 per hour. Optional for businesses not experience many problems and have a computer savvy staff.

Annual or Quarterly support fee – Optional for businesses with defined IT budget and untrained staff. Contract pricing is dependent on variable parameters. Please contact us and we will tailor a support package for your individual needs.
